I'm Back!!!

Well, I did well didn't I......managed to write nothing in my blog for the entire of my travels....pathetic! Or maybe I was just enjoying myself too much, which I was. Australia was 'fun as' as they'd say over there in WA. I made loads of new friends and settled right into to the lifestyle, so much so that I almost forgot what it was like to be back in London! Malaysia was hectic and wonderfully fresh. Staying with Jamie's family gave me the sense of what it's like to live in Malaysia, rather than being a tourist there. I learnt a bit of Mandarin and ate food til my eyeballs pop out of my head and then I ate them too! A rather disgusting way of saying I didn't seem to know when to stop which has resulted in returning to the UK as a bit of a porker :) But I enjoyed myself and that's what counts. I feel wonderfully clear headed and focused and very excited about the rest of the year!
Nii is on Sunday the 29th May, 7.30pm-10.30pm at The Bedford www.thebedford.co.uk, so i'm concentrating on getting that organised, and the supertastic festival in September!!
Also I'm signing on on Tuesday yippeeee! Jamie warns me that anyone who knows me will be rather shocked by this information and may need an explanation, but I'll save that for my next blog entry...so don't hold your breath for that revelation judging by how long it took me to write about my holiday :)
I'll try and be better.
